Come join some of the best dealers in the 5 state area. We realize it takes many people to make this event successful. We appreciate all who attend and participate. It's easy to become a vendor by registering online.

We will confirm and provide all set-up details for each location once your application is accepted and paid for.

TABLES ARE SOLD ON A FIRST COME FIRST PAID BASIS. WE RECOMEND TO ENSURE AVAILABILTY BY PAYING 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW DATE.
TABLES WILL BE SOLD UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE SHOW BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS IF AVAIABLE.

WE DO NOT HOLD TABLES UNLESS PAID FOR BEFORE THE SHOW. "RECOMENDED"

WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMODATE EVERYONE BUT THE SHOW MANAGER WILL ASSIGN TABLE LOCATION.
MERCHANDISE AND ITEMS MUST NOT BLOCK ISLES - ALL ITMES MUST BE FAMILY-FRIENDLY.

NO REFUNDS IF LOCATION IS OPEN SHOW WILL BE HELD.

By participating and becoming a vendor in any of one of our events, the dealer/participant agrees to and releases Valley Rail Promotions Inc. and related parties from liability. Valley Rail Promotions assumes no responsibility for any exhibitor property or for safety at the show. Dealer agrees to hold harmless Valley Rail Promotions Inc. By participating, dealer agrees to indemnify Valley Rail Promotions Inc. for any liability that may be caused by or related to their participation.
