Valley Rail Promotions is thrilled to announce that Lew Temple will be a special guest at the Lehigh Valley Toy Comic and Card Show.
He will be available for photos and autographs from 8:30 AM to 1 PM, with the fee to be announced, at the fastest-growing Toy Comic and Card Show in Lehigh Valley, featuring over 300 tables and dealers from seven states.
Born on October 2, 1967, Lew Temple is an American film actor best known for his roles as Axel on "The Walking Dead," Ned Oldham in the action-adventure thriller "Unstoppable" alongside Denzel Washington, Chris Pine, and Rosario Dawson, directed by Tony Scott, and Cal, the diner manager, in the comedy-drama "Waitress."
Raised in Louisiana's Bayou Country, Temple is a remarkably versatile actor often likened to a chameleon for his unique ability to embody any character.
His other film credits include playing Hollis, the ranger, in the 2013 Disney summer blockbuster "The Lone Ranger," with Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer; Locus Fender in the action film "Domino," starring Keira Knightley and Mickey Rourke, directed by Tony Scott, and "The Devil's Rejects" by Rob Zombie, featuring Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, William Forsythe, and Sherri Moon Zombie.
Temple began his acting journey at the renowned Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas, collaborating with artists like Vanessa Redgrave in "Julius Caesar" and "Anthony & Cleopatra," and working with esteemed writer/directors such as Michael Wilson, Terrance McNally, and Edward Albee. He subsequently secured numerous television roles and appeared in both independent and major studio films, including "On the Borderline," "The Newton Boys," and "Angels in the Outfield."
Before pursuing acting, Temple had a Minor League Baseball career with the Seattle Mariners and Houston Astros, eventually advancing to the role of Assistant Director of Minor Leagues and Scouting within the Astros organization.
